These words rang true in my heart as i sat on the bleachers in French Field House on the first day of wrestling camp this July. My love of the sport of wrestling has kept me awake at night, out of the hospital, and away from temptations such as smoking, drinking, and drugs. It is because of wrestling that my grades do not plunder and that I stay out of any major trouble. All people should feel this yearning, this desire that I feel; if not for wrestling, for something else. |
